You can try the high pressure wash, but if this
is dried latex, it likely won't remove it. I've had
success with small amounts of ronson lighter fluid,
applied very sparingly. This stuff will eat your finish
if you aren't careful. Try WD40, Goof-Off, or rubbing
compound first.
